I have a gas leak and the engineer needs to replace a piece of pipe. However the pipe is under some plasterboard/chipboard with tiles on top. I need the tiles removed (probably only about 3) and the wood cut away to allow access to the pipe. I'd then need the tiles (I have spares) put back down once gas repair is complete. Thanks

Hello I had my ensuite tiled less than 9 months ago but they are already coming loose and the grouting is coming off too. I am looking to someone that knows what he's doing as I come from a mediterrean country where everything is tiled so I know when it's properly done or not. I will need someone to lift the old tiles and repair the poor job previously done by the previous incompetent. It's a surface of less than 3 sq mt. I am looking for somebody to tile the walls around the bath at my new flat so as it can be used as a shower.The bath itslef is 165cm long, 78cm wide, and there is a distance of 189cm from the top of the bath to the ceiling. I would also like matching tiles round the surround of the sink etc. The main part of this is a strip of 156x32cm, with two very small additional sections in the corners. The current bath has a hand held shower and I would like this to be converted to a bracketed over head shower, and I would also like a shower screen to be fitted (which I can provide).
