"Eddie arrived at the time he'd stated, and worked consistently within the time he was here once the washing machine and fridge had been removed. The tiles were laid by the early afternoon and all was set for grouting the following morning. Again Eddie arrived at the time he'd stated and had finished the job by lunch-time. The washing machine and fridge were returned back to their original homes carefully. He was very tidy, and conscientious about not walking across carpets in his boots, and got the vacuum out at the end of the job! Very good!"

"he never came to my house to check if my measurements were correct, he then called back to ask if i had any other quotes i advised i hadnt, he said because if i had, received a quote for say 400, he wouldnt bother wasting his time putting it on paper and coming round to pop it into my door, now i might not of necessarily of gone for the cheapest quote, so as he couldnt be bothered, i found a tiler who laid it for me."
