"I confirmed the booking with the company over two weeks before the start date. On the day the job was due, I contacted them and was told they could not come to do the job, so I asked if they were available the next day. They said they were but would not come until the afternoon. Again they did not arrive, I tried to contact them but their phone was only taking messages. No one has come back to me to explain why they did not turn up, or to apologise for letting me down so badly, hence the poor rating. "
