Internal rendering and damp proof lining in Seven Kings
"This man is very unreliable. First he told us that it would be OK for him to plaster and then tile over the wall in question on the same day. This went against everything I had read but we agreed that he would at least allow the plaster to dry out overnight. He had to spend time filing back his plastering work before he could start tiling and then left the job unfinished as soon as I had to go to work on the late shift. I left the money for him when I went out too, expecting he would be finished within a couple of hours anyway. He texted me to appologise for having to leave and agreed to come back to finish the job the following Monday. He failed to show up. He said he had not realised it was a bank holiday and arranged a further date to return - but again failed to show up. The little tiling he had done needed replacing because he had started at the top and bottom of the wall and not left sufficient room in the middle for a design strip that needed to be included. A very bad experience."

"Very unreliable. So much so he still has not turned up! He stated that he would call when he left his home on his way to mine for the arranged time, however 3 hours later and several calls to him later he claimed that his van had broken down. So given him the benefit of the doubt I agreed he could come back the next day, again the same story, he did not call and when I finally got hold of him, he stated that he was only 10 minutes away from my house. 3 hours latr and no show and no phone call to apologis or reason. I would not recommend him."
