Just bought a new build house in Stepps, will complete in May. Looking to tile downstairs in the kitchen/dining (12.64m2 excluding fitted units) and also put in electric undertile heating.
Id also like to tile the utility room and bathroom as 1 continuous area from the above kitchen/dining room which is a further 5m2 but doesn't require heating.
Finally the entrance hall also to be tiled at 2m2 making a total of just under 20m2.
I propose providing tiles (22m2 enough?) and 12m2 of electric heating mat. Looking for estimates for cost of fitting, floors will be bare concrete when finished.

First job is the Bathroom Floor. Floor Approx 2.7mx2.3m, 3 walls, wall tiles full height for shower unit (2.2x1350m) and half height on (2.7 and 2.3m walls).
Second job kitchen\dining area floor. Measurements to be added.
I would like quotes ASAP, with a view to start work next week on the bathroom.
