Currently the flooring is tiled but the tiles will be removed prior to work commencing. The floor beneath is concrete. The total floor area is 28 square metres.
After the job had been completed we found several tiles loose, we called George and he came to correct them but the tiles are still loose. The bottom of my stair carpet was grouted into the floor where small pieces of tile were used to fill a bad cut. Skirting boards were removed before tiling and some plaster taken with them, some of the skirting now needs replacing as they are too damaged. George lifted a door to accomodate the new tiles and the door no longer closes. We were left with quite alot of mess to clean up with the front door, a pine telephone table and the telephone stained from grout and our recycling bin was used to dispose of broken tiles. Really friendly and prompt service but I have to be honest about the quality of the work.

Very reliable. Nice person to deal with. And most importantly, the floor looks great. Just one frustration: Decorated all walls prior to tiling and had to repaint 3. But all looks fab now. We are happy. Would definitely have Tony back for other projects.
