Budget I'm not sure

Job Remove border tiles in kitchen and replace with new ones. Re-grout rest of tiles to refresh walls. 2 walls in kitchen tiles are less half up wall from kitchen work surface. 10.2ft x 7.2ft room.

Budget Under £250

Job We have a small bathroom, I think about 10m2. We need to take down old tiles, that don't cover the whole area we intend to re-tile. Includes tiling round the bath and on the same wall as the toilet and wash basin. I've chosen ASAP for the date, we are due to have a baby in six weeks or so. If it can't be done before this date, we're happy to wait until afterwards but we're ready to go immediately.
