Hello ^_^ We have a small bathroom ... the floor space is about 1.5 x 1 metre. We need the old tiles taken out and replaced with new tiles (I would prefer you to supply the tiles ... just a standard white tile will be fine). We also need the pipes around the sink boxed in and then tiled over to waterproof. If it's something you can do, additionally ... in the kitchen, we have nothing around the kitchen units and need some pieces of wood fitting around the lower cupboards so when we get our new kitten it can't get behind the units! Finally, in the living room I need something putting in place to board up the fireplace so the kitten cannot get up the chimney. There are also a lot of unruly wires and cables and we are hoping someone can come up with a solution to contain these for us. Please note that I do not want a tradesman who charges by the hour, I'd rather agree to a set price for the job up-front. I'm happy to send you photographs if this would help you see more clearly what needs doing or you are welcome to come to our home to give the quote. Thanks!
I was pleased that I chose Neil to tile our bathroom and toilet floor as well as some other odd-jobs he was happy to take on. He did a good job and was pleasant and polite to have around. More importantly, I found him trustworthy to leave alone in my home so I could get on with the school-runs and other day to day things. He did a good job of the tiling and boxing-in, thanks Neil ^_^

Kitchen tiling required for spashback. Tiling is 500mm (h) with total length of 5720mm and will require element of bonding to circa 2100mm length. Tiles are 200 x 100mm ceramic brick tiles, which i'd like narrow spacers. At hob there is a 600 x 750 (h) glass spalshback to be installed, which has mdf backing if required. Floor tiling will have ply base laid level (if required by trade) to receive ceramic floor tiles size tbc. The floor area is 2400 x 1750mm total. Adhesive will be required, however i can provide grout if it works out cheaper. Thanks Jason
