70 metres of reclaimed flagstone in all sizes but very large, some cleaning but in good condition most stones to be used less than 2" deep. the floor now has perfect concrete base - ready to go.
i was absolutely delighted with joe. it is always a risk employing someone who isnt recommended. joe had to lay an old flagstone floor in a large kitchen. he was always on time, worked hard and was a really nice guy to have on the premises. the job looks fabulous and i will definitely employ him again.

Bathroom has been re-decorated and current tiles no longer match. New tiles needed in shower and also there is a tiled panel next to the free standing bath that needs to be re-tiled
The whole thing has been a disaster. He was ill for two weeks which is not a problem. Now he is on holiday for a week, and when he gets back is not prepared to do my job, which will only take two days as he has a prior commitment. Not very happy I'm afraid.
