We had a wet room completed last year. The grout used in the wet room by the tiler has not worked properly and gets washed away. The tiler has been back three times and has regrouted, however, this has not solved the problem - probably because he did not bother to dig away some of the original grout so the new grout can't bond properly. Accordingly, I would like the floor of the wetroom to be relaid (not regrouted). I have spare tiles for this purpose. Area involved = 6 tiles sized 30-60cm. We also have some tile mosiacs that we would like to be put up. Very small job involving two tiles at 30 x 30cm. Can provide more details if necessary. Thanks Chris
Had a problem with a leaking wet room (not good!). I was really please with the service I received and how quickly the work was done (including being willing to work on a Sunday to ensure the work was completed on time). Overall I would highly recommend.

We need someone to finish the splashback in the kitchen. We've made a start but now it's getting to the tricky bit where we have to go behind the taps and round the window ledge and we've met our match! The window sill is 194cm and the total length of the wall is 317cm.
Jon recently came over to finish off a tiling job in my kitchen and even though my partner and I made an awful start to the job, Jon ensured it looked like a professional finish. He arrived on time and was a polite and quick worker. I would employ him again to do work in my home.

A very charming man who obviously takes a pride in his work. He has done a job of outstanding quality and I can highly recommend him to others who are considering using his services. Not only do I rate him highly, my plumber also commented that John Reinsford's work was superb, with attention paid to detail - more than he normally sees from others.

Kitchen floor tiling approx 12-13 sq mtrs. Take up laminate flooring probably screed existing concrete base. Tiles to be selected by client. I want price for labour.
David is a very good tiler. He is reliable, well priced, clean and tidy, and precise. He is a craftsman and also a very pleasant guy to have working in your home. I would recommend him highly.
