"ACL did an initial survey and warned me that they suspected that water damage was greater than I had originally suspected. They were right, when tiles were removed it was apparent that water had entered flat roof and had rotted plywood. Anthony quickly priced the replacement of the flat roof with ply and membrane and also recommended an alternative tile layer that would be preferable to the slate that had been in place before. I was very impressed with their work and would recommend them to others for their quality of work and honest estimates. Thanks ACL."
