"Graham was superb, and I would have no issues using him again or recommending to anyone else. He arrives early, works till very late (only with your approval) and is on the ball throughout. He is willing to go above and beyond, even going as far as Manchester (from Blackburn) to pick up more tiles for me. I was even able to leave a key with him so that he could work unattended, which is a real advantage. The quality of his workmanship is superb, doing a fantastic job working with difficult materials. All this at a very competitive price means he is more that good value for money. I would strongly recommend this bloke to anyone. "
