"Tiler attended property on 13th Aug 2009. Tiler said it would be all day job, but was only here for approx 5 hours. Tiler did two rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. We had to rip up old vinyl, remove sealant and move any appliances for tiler to access rooms. Tiler did OK job in kitchen but an awful job in the bathroom - grout is too dark for light tiles and tiles are not straight at all. Have now waited on two arranged occasions for tiler to return and make good this job - tiler has failed to show up and has switched phones off and will not return my calls. Do NOT under any circumstances use this person. "
