"The tiler was very good and spent a lot of time assessing the work required to produce a quality job, and explaining what would be done. He also showed us his portfolio of previous jobs completed. He was punctual and kept us informed if there were any changes to arrangements. The price we were quoted increased slightly due to additonal materials being required. Overall we were very happy with the job, however we were a little disappointed that the kitchen and back garden were left quite untidy once he had finished tiling.
