"Richie is a great tiler that I can really recommend. He's done an amazing job with our bathroom at a competitive price. I would recommend him to others and would be happy to use his services again. Five stars without a doubt! =)"

Stone, ceramic and glass mosaic wall tiling in Brighton Le Sands
"Before I had this work done on my bathroom I was informed that the person doing the work had a lot of experience using natural limestone.
I was told the work would be complete by 21st July 2008.
The job has still not been finished.
Furthermore, £1500 of my building materials and preparatory work has been damaged to the point that it will need to be redone.
The tiles have been attached to the walls so they the gaps are not aligned and the surfaces and edges are not flush.
The grout was applied without first sealing this porous stone.
I asked for a grout to be used which matched the colour of the limestone, or was slightly paler. My limestone is a pale cream or ivory colour. A grout which is a mud or chocolate brown has been used.
The manufacturerâ??s instruction to remove the grout from the face of the tile within 15 minutes of application was not followed, it was left overnight.
The result is that I have now have an expensive consignment of limestone that is covered in dark brown grout that cannot be removed. Therefore, the limestone itself will now have to be replaced.
I have tried to contact the company to make arrangements for the work to be completed as agreed. The company will not take telephone calls from me, nor will they return my calls.
I have tried to resolve this in a reasonable manner and demonstrated high levels of patience.
I wrote a letter to the company requesting the work be completed as soon as possible (I am unable to currently live in the house as it means I have no toilet or bathroom facilities).
I was then told someone would be at the house before the end of that week to complete the job. They did not turn up. I received no phone call informing me why and again my phone calls remained unanswered and unreturned.
I endeavoured to remain reasonable and tried to continue communication with the company.
I was promised on three further occasions that someone would come to my house to finish the job. On all occasions they never arrived. Needless to say, my phone calls were never taken and never returned.
The only communication I have received from them has been a number a text messages, some of which are offensive in nature.
I have now had a number of quotes for the work of getting the tiling finished. I will need to replace the damaged/misused limestone at a cost of £750. I have been quoted a labour charge of £1000. I will then have to add materials onto the total. I am looking at a bill of more than £2000 to resolve this. That is in addition to what has already been spent.
Overall, a very sorry episode.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"
