"Richie offered a thoroughly professional service and, from the moment he arrived at our house to give his quotation, was friendly, approachable and full of advice. He made us feel at-ease during his time in the house, and we felt absolutely confident Richie was able to get the job done to our satisfaction. We were particularly happy that Richie was so careful with our cat (who is not allowed outside - Richie made sure of that!), and were glad that rather than take a guess at problematic corners Richie informed us to the extent that we were able to be involved in the decision-making process.
