I have a small Kitchen and bathroom which requires tiling, the bathroom floor is just 4 m2 and the Kitchen just 4 m2 also i require the walls to be tiled the wall area in the kistchen is just 4 m2 of splash backs and the bathroom is 14.5 m2. This is a small flat which will be totally empty whilst the work goes on so as not to get into anyones way. Due to it being in a flat the noise restrictions are between 8am and 2pm then between 4pm and 6pm mon-fri and 9 til 1 on a Saturday. You can work between 2 and 4 but not banging, drilling or angle grinding.

3 steps leading to front door. Old tiles need to be removed and replaced with new tiles from Old English Tiles . Tiler must be experienced with these type of patterns. We are looking to do this job asap. The tiles have a lead time of 2-3 days, we would like assistance with ordering the tiles to make sure we get the order correctly. We live in London W8 area (In Kensington in between Ken High St tube and Earls Court tube). We would like a rough idea of cost too. My shower has been leaking. Insurance company says I have to have a ceramic tiler take off the tiles, make the wall good and retile after. Also the shower tray will need to be resealed.
