Hi there, I need someone to tile approx 10 square meters of floor, simple slate tiles, in a toilet, bathroom kitchen and hallway.
Specktile did an absolutely impeccable job of tiling my tricky floors. Exceptional care, attention to detail, and reliability. I've already been recommending him to friends. Absolute 5 star on every count. Highly recommended.Laura
the current tiler is takin too lon to complete a job and cannot give me a clear picture of when the job will be completed. The Hallway 6 sq m needs to be tiled with victorian tiles and the wet room needs the fllor tiled and about 1.5 sq m of wall in mosaic trevatine tiles. No routing has been done on wall tiles in wet room
Colin was superb. He is clearly an expert in his trade and does his utmost to get the job done to an impeccable standard. He was always respectful of being in our home and has left us feeling that we have a very good tiler to call on.
He tiled a Victorian L-shaped hallway and fully mosaiced tumble trav wet room.
We have been very happy with his work and his attitude and would glady recommend him to anyone, somi
Need stainless steel tiles laid and fitted for small wet room/ bathroom
also a stainless urinal and small sink
Din & Cullom did a great job!
Nice guys, very fair and certainly put in the extract effort
to get the job done. Very creative indeed, as they helped me to come
up with great solutions for my very difficult retrofit job, within the
very limited space I had to work with!!! A++ 5 stars all the way as I would most certainly recommend them to anyone requiring a difficult plumbing job!
Cheers
RRon
We are very happy with the result. Great worker, professional, skilled and finished within agreed timeframe and budget. Worked hard to overcome problems that our flat likes to create! Would be happy for Ros to do any future work!Hannah
Main bathroom requires new floor tiles, new floorboards under bath and one wall (over bath) to be retiled (currently mosaic - replace with 10x8" tiles). Re-grout existing wall tiles around bath. Shower room requires some re-grouting around shower tray
Abror did a great job, was reliable and took the pain of the whole task away from me. Exactly what I wanted. Would use him again without hesitationJane
Tile and grout two kitchen walls from the worksurface up approx 0.5m. Approx 3m2 total. New kitchen and walls have just been plasterboarded and skimmed and are ready to go. Several sockets, but no windows. Tiles are 45mm natural stone on 3x3 mesh backing. Coloured grout provided. Use your own preferred adhesive.
Nice job and great service. Very pleased with the end result. Hardly any mess and cleared up well after the job. Really nice guys and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Philip.Philip
I need a tiler to tile my kitchen and hall floor (they are adjacent) in limestone which I have already sourced. Approximate area is 18 square meters.
The floor is concrete and I have removed the existing times and skirting boards
David was the only person to present a comprehensive portfolio of his work which was very reassuring after having trouble in finding someone good. He was accompanied by two colleagues and they did a really great job. They were in the middle of the three quotes I received but it was the portfolio which settled the deal. They were courteous, realiable and very hard working and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.Alan

Unsold Job, Updated Details : My flat has suffered from a leak which occurred from a floor above. The source of the leak has been found and fixed, but I need repairs made to my bathroom. I require a tiler who is capable of replacing and retiling damage to boxing, as well as mending a small section of the ceiling. The area affected is roughly 2 square metres, I estimate the job would take between a day and 2 days to complete. Original : My flat has suffered damage from a leak that has occurred from a floor above. The water has materialised in 2 places within my flat, the corner of the bathroom and from within a utility cupboard. The bathroom requires a section of boxing to be replaced and retiled, the ceiling may also require replastering. The cupboard requires repainting along with some parts of the wall the cupboard is on.

I previously had a tiler in to tile my kitchen and to be honest they didn't do a very good job. The tiles around the window ledge came away shortly afterwards. I require a repair job to be done. Enough tiles and edging strip need to be removed to enable new tiles and edging to be fitted, so that a good strong finish is achieved.
The tiles on the wall were cheap ones (which is fine) however, the new tiles that I need fitting on the kitchen ledge should be better quality/thick ones, so that they can resost some pressure on them without cracking.
In addition, they didn't seal the edge between tiles and worktop, so that needs to be done as well (about 3 meters'ish).
