"Danny responded to the job advertisement very quickly - within 30 mins of me posting the ad. He came on the day to inspect the job requirements and was available to start work the following day - very rare benefit for those who live in London. The job was done efficiently and well enough given the state of the walls that we found after taking the old tiles down. It transpired it was a much more difficult and time consuming job than Danny had initially estimated and cost budgeted, but he did not complain or ask for extra money at all.
