My bathroom sized 9ft by 6ft needs a complete new floor as the wood below the existing tiles has rotted due to a leak (not 100% sure that the leak has stopped but hope so) In my bathroom I have a bath, seperate shower cubile and sink/toilet unit

The current kitchen floor tiles have cracked and the area will need to re-tiled. The area is relatively small. The existing tiles will need to be removed and then replaced with new.
Steve was quick and efficient from the very beginning and finished the job within the original timescales for completion. He is both friendly and personable. The work was completed to a high standard and I would most certainly use Steves services again.

The kitchen is small and new units have been installed. Tiling needs to be done (only between the worktop and the wall unit). Total tiled area will be no more than 5 sq m.
Relatively inexperienced but hard working and devoted. Steve gives ideas to improve the layout and setting and is a reliable and trustworthy tradesman. Knows his work, and with experience, he will be a very good tiler. Accepts responsibility of work and completes the job to customer's satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Open plan kitchen/living area of approx 35-40 sq metres. Skirting boards surrounding room to be removed and half tile to be used as border throughout. Black granite tiles with sparkle effect to be supplied by myself or contractor depending on price offered. Floor is concrete in 9th floor apartment - City Centre.

The floor is currently tiled but the original bathroom tiler laid tiles directly onto slightly uneven floorboards with flexible tile adhesive. The tiles have now come loose and move when walked on. The old tiles will need to be removed. We want the floor to be boarded and tiled properly. Could quotes include the cost of the board (approx 1m x 1.5m), tile adhesive, and grout. We will be supplying the tiles.
