"I had to stop this person finishing the job as his attitude and work was totally unprofessional, he blamed poor workmanship on the shape of the tiles which he purchased at double the qouted price and that the tiles were hard to cut. This was not the issue when this individual was qoting for the job as he stated he was a total professional and no job was too difficult. I must also point out that this person's qoute was the costliest and can only say he was convincing in his patter his work however leaves me very angry indeed"
