"agreed to do the tiling in bathroom of wall and floors. really poor job. tiles are uneven with large gaps in places. filled everything with grout. Grout everywhere - all taps, shower, bath, radiator covered in grout. broken the shower rail and toilet flush handle and not been back to fix any of it. the floor looks worse than it did before - completely uneven. the door to the bathroom doesn't close anymore and there's grout all oer it. have completely wasted 500 pounds on tiles and materials and deposit which i wont be getting back. Very pissed off and have to have it all done again. No thanks rated people."
