Urgently need About 33 sq m of floor tiling doing in two rooms, a kitchen and a utility room. The tiles are 700x500x20 limestone slabs. Adhesive and grout supplied by me. Laying and sealing to quote for. The slabs are calibrated, with a variation of between 18 and 20mm judging by the sample.
I cannot recommend Sean Macdonald highly enough. He is punctual, reliable, professional, courteous and likeable, Above all he laid both large stones and smaller travertine tiles for us and they look absolutely fantastic. Next time I need a tiler, I will choose Sean.

the downstairs toilet has one wall with a small sink, and the toilet is on the small wall. the room dimensions are approximately 6ft by 3ft with one of the 6ft walls having a door in it. i need the whole bathroom re-tiling but want the sink and toilet removed and then refitted. there are currently tiles on the walls but some where removed when we had a leak which is what has prompted this work. the tiles currently on the walls and floor are obselete. we do want the floor redoing too.
very disappointed. we sent a picture message of how we wanted the tiles. he didn't get the picture and went ahead and tiled them incorrectly. i rang to tell him that wasn't what we wanted and he said he would reduce his price by £100. i left two voicemails and gave him two options either knock £200 off the £500 bill and finish the job or take off the tiles and retile how we wanted for the full amount. he didn't return my call!!!!!! not reliable and unfortunately i would not recommend him.
