We have a 6 square metre hallway that requires tiling. We have chosen a porcelain tile which is 600mm x 300mm. The area is level. We would like a quote inclusive of laying costs, grouting and adhesive. Would ideally like to get the work done prior to the end of the month.
Jacek did a great tiling job in our entrance hallway - his work was high quality and the standard of finish was excellent. His quote was competitive. He willingly provided us with sound advice and he was very reliable. Not only that, but he was also easy to deal with and he had a very nice non-pushy nature about him. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again.

Silicone around bath. Take off tiles there, and retile (please provide tiles - as cheap as possible - it is for tenants). Bathroom is small - tiling area approx 3mx1.5m around bath and 1m x 0.5 around sink area.
Tony Edmunds of T&C Builders did an excellent job tiling my bathroom. His initial quote was reasonable and explained in a transparent way. He was efficient, professional and kept me updated through the process. I would happily hire him again.

In brief:- Cubical corner double shower unit.
Last year the the shower cubical tiles and grouting failed to remain water tight causing the tiles to pop off the bottom third of the internal dry wall. This issue was reported and was rectified by the on site developers for the new estate.
During this Christmas of 2012, the same issue occurred again. I removed a few tiles to facilitate an inspection and found the plasterboard is now rotten on both wall faces of the enclosed shower area, how far up it has risen I am not sure but it is beyond normal tile replacment.
The repair would be in need of cubical disasembaly and full tile removal on both wall faces followed by a sectional replacement on the bottom third of both internal drywall faces before re-tiling with matching tiles.
Additional note - to bring confidence regarding the repair it may be a good practice to paint a tanking membrane on both surfaces before re-tiling as this has happen once before.

Updated : I may have under estimated the price initially. Original : I require a bathroom re-tiled with porcelain tiles, the old tiles have been removed, The room is 2m x 1.7m and 2.4m high, I also need the floor done after it has been laid with underfloor heating by the electrician. to remove old laminate floor (and dispose of it) and to retile bathroom floor (approx 2.5 sqm) and cover pipes showing behind toilet (box in with tiles or something else). Also to decorate 1 window with beads to cover edges of window.
Tiles would be provided by myself but rest of material should be supplied by you.
Job needs to be done within a month but shouldn't take too long to do as this is only bathroom of the house. Thanks

bathroom floor tiles are coming away from the adhesive/grout used to fix them to the floor and the grout between the tiles is cracking (suspect not enough flex for mounting on wooden floor) Ideally, would like a repair job is possible to make good. Otherwise a lift and re-lay or even just removal if too expensive to make good (to enable a linoleum fit).
Tiled area is small - no more than 7 feet by 4 at widest.
Looking for cost advice or people who would be prepared to take a look to make a quote for best solution.
