Comment John was very reassuring that he could find the leak & eliminate the problem that he knew was causing me great consternation, he had to take out the very heavy Showerbase , retile, regrout & replace back the base very securely - which he did. I would have no hesitation recommending John, as he showed great customer relationship skills & was very, very fair, which is hard to find sadly with a lot of Tradespeople i have come in contact with in recent years . I have asked John to quote on another job. John

Job Bathroom needs wall tiling and floor tiling. Present tiling to be removed. New plywood to be laid on floor.

Comment Very happpy with the work. Mr Cochrane was especially good at contacting us. One morning he was unavoidably delayed but let us know immediately about the situation. Also our plumber asked him to return to do a very small adjustment to the tiling around the toilet. Again he turned up exactly on time and did the small job as requested. Angela
