We decided in the end to complete the work ourselves. However Nigel phoned twice and we were very impressed by his professional approach and his organisation. We intend to use Nigel in the future.

Derek was the first and last person i received a quote from for my small job. My first impressions sold me straight away. I had provided the materials to carry out the work that i wanted so the quote was just for the labour. Derek arrived at the house when he said he would, called back when he said he would and carried out the work as quoted, even though my choice of tiles was difficult to work with. I needed a plumber who Derek sorted, steve, who also met my expectations. Job took a little longer than expected due to my choice of tiles (sorry Derek) but was carried out with no increase in cost. The finished job was brilliant.
Worth every penny and more.
