Extremely friendly, approachable and open to suggestions about the works to be carried out. Punctual, reliable, decent quote and carried out all the work (plus a few extras) for a very reasonable price. Good quality finish and high standard of work carried out. A decent hard working man who I would recommend. PS he only drank two cups of coffee each day!
