A really helpful and neat tiler, who consulted me on all aspects of the job. We would definitely recommend and will get him back to do another job soon. Very puntual and considerate ( I have a toddler who was wondering around from time to time). A good find !

2.5m x 3.5m of ceramic floor tiling in new conservatory
The job was appalling. Nothing was straight or perpendicular and he even laid 2 broken tiles ! Every single tile was un-level and the gaps between tiles were uneven. Adhesive which had 'gone-off' was used in places and a substance other than grout was used in one area and started to crumble after one day ! The gaps around the edges of the room were not uniform and too wide to be covered by the skirting board. The whole room was tiled 'on a skew' and he told us our walls were not straight (this is a brand new - very expensive conservatory!). He left grout/mess all over the ground floor of our house (we have a 1 year old baby who I had to leave in our car whilst I tydied up) and was rude to both me and our husband when wwe were trying to explain why we werent happy. We have lost the cost of the tiles but obviously refused to pay him. We now have to shell out alot of money to have the problem rectified - including ere-levelling the floor and buying more tiles. We will be reporting him to trading standards.

It's a kitchen splashback in our small kitchen. The worktop is being fitted this coming Sunday. Our original tiler can't now do the job until early December. I would really like the job done during w/c 12th November, if possible, or early the week after that at the latest.
