He managed to find me some tiles that exactly matched others in the house in colour and size. He cheerfully changed his plans for materials when it was clear the door did not leave enough gap between floorboards and tile, suggested an alternative medium to stick the tiles down, shopped for it and laid it even though it made the job take longer he stuck to his original quote. A very talented tiler. We will get him back when we next need tiling doing."
