"Some of the tiles he put up have cracked or are coming off. He promised to return and fix this last Thursday. He did not show and he will not answer my calls. In addition he was supposed to remove the sealant from the base of the shower and replace with new. Instead he just put new sealant over the old and this has come away. The shower is now in a worse state than before and the £120 I paid him was a waste of money. I intend to take this matter further. I will not be ripped off in this way."
