2 bathroom floors. approx dimenstions are 1st: 170cm by 150cm (less shower cubicle area). 2nd: 170cm by 140cm. I believe the floor is concrete underneath. The current flooring (some sort of laminate/lino) will need removed.

I require somebody to remove and retile the floor of a small bathroom. The approx. floor size is 157cm by 220cm. Due to a leak from the toilet the tiles have raised, and the grouting has split. I believe that the wood underneath the tiles will need replacing as it has probably bowed due to the water damage. Many Thanks.
