"Nik was very accomodating about scheduling the job around other work going on. Rang the day before due to start to confirm everything was ok. Turned up when he said he would and knew what he was doing. The job was completed as planned and as requested. Nik was happy to provide advise on the job and what might work best in terms of trim and colour of grout and all of his suggestions worked well.
