He provided a written quote, which we felt was a fair price for the job, particularly as the price included supply of the tiles. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard whenever he was supposed to be. The standard of his work is very high, and the range of tiles he has at his showroom/on his website helps you if you are unsure what you need.
