Re grouting tiling in bath area and replacing plastic strip that runs around the bath - I think there is a leak somewhere
So refreshing to find a tradesman who is honest and reliable. I would not hesitate in recommending Bathrooms By Gerard. The work was completed on time (including extra repairs that were carried out without extra costs) and was less than I expected to pay. Very happy customer.
Unsold Job, Updated Details : Require a tiler to remove existing tiles and lay new in a bathroom and kitchen. Timing: ASAP Original : Require a tiler to remove existing tiles and lay new in a bathroom and kitchen. Timing: ASAP
Honest and friendly. Had work done in bathroom, kitchen and lounge. There were a few surprises lurking from previous work but Dan and his colleague made me aware, gave me some clear options and got it sorted in the same time and cost. They also did little extra fixes as they went along - broken plug fixture etc. They made sure the job was done properly. Would use again and recommend.
Floor and wall tiles to be laid. Also need kitchen ceiling and walls painting.
David was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and fitted in with my rather busy schedule. He completed the job on time and even went the extra mile to fit tiles under our rather large floor standing radiator! The kitchen floor looks brilliant.

Unsold lead, updated details: I am willing to discuss price to make it more realistic. The tiling is the most important part of the job. The valve can wait. The area is prepared, dry and ready to repair. No new tiles are required. I have waterproof grout. Please supply adhesive, sealant, hardboard/plasterboard. I would be so grateful if you could repair my tiles before Christmas. Original: Repair grouting To replace 4 tiles (27cms x 24cms)after leak due to cracked grouting. The tiles are undamaged and have been cleaned. The areas of concern in the lower part of the shower have been degrouted. Damaged plasterboard has been chopped out and the area is clean, dry and ready for repair. Plasterboard or hardboard will be required to recreate the original level before replacing the tiles. Regrouting will be needed in a wider area than the actual tile replacement to ensure no further leaks. The shower is in a corner cubicle. It is a Grohe shower and I need a replacement pressure balance valve as the water temperature is no longer being regulated and the water is invariably scalding. I need my shower to be operational for Christmas. I will supply the tiles Property style: Suburban
