"they never offered me latexing .the tile were most definatly not seconds and the fat man who layed them was walking all over them while doing a bad job of grouting .i did pay but that was because there was so much grout left over the tiles that i could not see how bad a job was done untill late the next day .i stupidly paid by cash so could not do much about it by then .i was abusive but only after my phone calls to the tilers were ignored even before i told them i was unhappy then when i got hold of gary he said he would help but has since decided to ignor my phone calls too even though i have appologised for my intial reaction if u saw the state of the job u would be upset too .they are all good untill u are not happy then they will give u the run arround "

"stay well clear they have made a right mess of our granite floor and are doing nothing to resolve the problem WHAT A BUNCH OF COWBOYS i would of of given them a bad star rating but it wont let me .if u try to call them after they have made a mess of your job good luck they dont answer the phone to u im in the process of getting trading standards on to them "
