"What a joke this guy is. He was supposed to do a simle descaling of a boiler becasue the hot water pressure was too low. First he managed to half flood the flat because he he didnt drain the boiler properly before taking it to pieces. After he'd finished descaling it the boiler had a leak, did not generate ANY hot water and the central heating didnt work. He agreed to come back and at least get it back to its original state but surprise suprise, he never showed. He also didnt return any calls, even when I told him I'd need hot water for a baby that would be staying at the flat. When I finally got him to answer the phone by calling from a friends mobile, he hung up when he heard my voice. Save yourself the grief and avoid this 'plumber' at all costs."

"Work not done on time, asked for money at various intervals during the job even though we agreed to pay on completion. Boiler overpressured, and now we are left with an unfinished bathroom with no plumbing connectd and no hot water throughout the house. Gregory said the boiler is not his problem, said we have a leak elsewhere in the house, saying he hasn't caused the problem and we don't know where to go from here. Spent ages lifting up carpets and floorboards lask night to find the leak but not luck & I know he is going to come back today to demand money!"
