The tank isn't heating up. Had a new element put in about 5 years ago. It's a hard water area so we have tended to need a new one about this frequency. Not sure if this is the problem, this time, or not.
A man called Lazmir phoned to make an appointment for the following morning to fix our water heater. He did a very good job, charged a reasonable price and was a nice chap who cleaned-up after himself. I would be very happy to put any more work his way and to recommend him.

Our Megaflow system seems to have a problem - the airing cupboard pipes are hissing constantly and the overflow pipe outside is leaking. Shower pressure still fine at the moment though. Please can someone come and look at it for us?

Requiring 2 raised sleeper beds to be removed. Beds are 3 metre square and are 2 sleepers high. (12 sleepers in total) plus topsoil and any unearned plants. All to be removed and disposed off. One area to then be made good and turfed.
James did a thorough job, was honest, hard working and did the work effectively. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks James, we've now finish our project and the garden looks great.

4 parts to the job 1 - The bath and basin taps are trickling continuously. I would recommend replacing the bath taps as these have been reconditioned before. To supply and fit a pair of basin taps. 2 - The hot basin tap is heavily corroded due to constantly running an the supply pipe to the tap has signs of leaking previously. I would recommend replacing the short length of pipe underneath the basin and to also fit a new ceramic valve to the tap. 3 - A new water softner bottle needs fitting unscrewing the existing and replacing with a new one 4 - There is some staining on the dining room ceiling from an old leak from the bathroom. To repair crack, seal with stain block and finish with white matt emulsion.

Updated : Now bubbling all day. Water is rising in the bowl, in the morning seems fine Original : 1st floor flat in converted house. Toilet has been bubbling for long periods of time. Been plunged, been snaked. Cannot find the manhole for it outside as has been gravelled. Need someone who knows what they are doing as will not pay for another plunger that doesn't work

Radiator sizes to be fitted are as follows: 450mm x 1600mm Stelrad K2 450mm x 1600mm Stelrad K2 450mm x 1200mm Stelrad K2 Al radiators to be fitted with one Honeywell Vt117e thermostatic radiator valve and one Crestalux balancing valve, using copper piping and fittings and central heating inhibitor/protector liquid.
