We have had problems with leaks on this valley lots of times in the last 27 years and no one person or company has been able to do a job for the long term. we are now fed up with it and are looking for someone that knows what they are doing and can offer a guarantee. Work required is: 2 storeys high Additional information: The valley goes the full length of the house from front to back. It starts narrow at the front about 18 inches goes to the middle where it flattens out and is wider around the chimney stack and then slopes down and narrows again towards the rear of the house. The valley consists of a timber deck and at the moment has 3 layers of material on it. The first layer is lead (very thin), the second layer is green mineral and the third layer is red thick mineral. We are looking for some sound advice and if that means stripping the whole lot then so be it. We are looking for a long term solution rather than a short term fix. Preferably work that is guaranteed.

Great communication and reliability, what more can you ask for these days. We are very happy with the job and would recommend.

We recently had new carpet fitted and the fitter mentioned one of the stairs needed attention (it is a bit bouncy and needs reinforcing?) At the same time our son's bedroom door now doesn't have enough clearance so drags on the carpet - it needs to be raised or shaved.

We have a leak coming into the living room. Roof currently covered in felt that looks to be quite old (only lived in property 10 months) and has been patched before hence put down for replacement but would be keen to get advice over whether that is most cost effective or whether a repair would be better. The leak is not major but would want work to start fairly soon to get it sorted before it gets any worse.

Work for elderly lady fortnightly to keep garden tidy during the growing season march toseptember. Ideally she would like someone for two hours each fortnight at approx. £12 an hour.
