Pipe to a single radiator has come apart where it was soldered to another pipe...Thought I might just be able to put a stop cap on it (pushfit 10mm) but pipe is of an odd size (too big for pushfit cap and in a really awkward place). The pipe that has broken feeds to small study and and what was an old radiator. I have photos if needed and can send. Cheers Rob.

Leaking stop tap - needs fixing
Luckily the job was simple to fix and was done in no time. I asked Alan to fix some more small jobs, eg, change washer, tighten tap and radiator which he did happily, well and quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough. PS From posting the job to getting fixed - 90 minutes!

There is a damp patch on the kitchen ceiling under the shower. Can't see where it is leaking from. Also toilet needs pumping before it will flush and taps on the bath are spinning round. Newish bathroom installed badly!

Daughters bedroom ceiling has water damage. Leak must be on the roof somewhere. leak to be discovered and fixed asap.
Dennington roofing services turned up on time and completed the fix of my roof within 1 hour. The even spotted and replaced another roof tile with a hole in it. Very impressed and would recommend.

We had a complete makeover of our rear garden including a patio, loads of cutting back, removal of a few small trees, and new turf. What we wanted is what we got in terms of the end result and the skill and finish of Outdoor Rooms. Dave, Patrick, Jay and Danny are all very professional, very hardworking, and very efficient, making every effort to make sure that we were happy. fence must be woodedn. would like concrete posts as the fence panels may need to be removed at a later date to do more work in the garden
