the job was delayed a few days by very wet weather, but we were kept informed of progress and as soon as there was a dry day the work was completed. Very pleased with the look of the finished roof and the operative was very courteous and tidy. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable workers at a good price

I need an old soakaway which is back flowing and flooding the front of my garden to be connected to an existing and fairly new roof drainage system which connects to a foul sewer. The clay pipe to the soakaway is within a foot of the plastic drainage grid

Leak from mains input pipe BEFORE the stop cock
We discussed the leak when he called and due to the nature of the problem he told me what would have to be done before he could help. (leak was on cold inlet pipe into house. Stop cock to house was inaccessible so adised water board to visit first, as they would dig out the stop cock for nothing - this they did, although it took him 45 minutes with all the toys of his trade to do so.) Thus the leak could be easily fixed by myself the next day. But for honest quality advice, and not ripping someone off- 5/5!

One pipe leading to the lounge radiator is blocked. Pipe needs removing and replaced - pipe is situated under floor boards in the lounge.
Jim phoned promptly - came within the hour and quoted and completed the work within the next hour - superb service , work and price. A++++++
