Job We need a radiator to be moved further along the same wall. This is to enable us to have cupboard built in the alcove. Currently the radiator is too close to the alcove. Also need the valve/connection on the towel rail in the bathroom to be checked as it has leaked. It's currently switched off.

Budget Under £2,000

Job Hi I'm in the process of completing an extension to a two bedroom property. I need a reliable, professional plumber to do the plumbing for:1. replace a bathroom 2. ensuite 3. downstairs w/c 4. radiators 5. kitchen sink and gas hob 6. utility sink 7. new boiler (if Gas safe) if not I can get someone else to do it. I'm looking for a reasonable quote so if you are expensive no point waisting your time.

Comment Had this chap come and do the first fix of some plumbing and gas work. He didn't complete the first fix and wanted some money I asked him to return. He came back and ruined my new floor I laid cutting holes everywhere. He still didn't finish all the first fix but I paid him some money. When I tried to arrange the second fix he delayed me for 2 weeks and on the day when he arrived he had to goto a job for 3-4 weeks. Also, the plumber that came to finish off did identify issues. Job We have to lower a pipe before we have our kitchen tiled next week as we are replacing the floor and the last time the tiles were discoloured and damaged because the hot water pipe is too close to the surface. It is on a concrete floor.

Job We are a new cafe premises requiring the gas and hot water feed bringing to the front of the shop. We also need a connection with stop tap installed for a coffee machine, and a sink and dishwasher plumbing in.
