Budget Under £250

Job Bathroom sink and toilet pipes are producing a intermittent low pitched vibration which is often started with a the washer filling below. This can be stopped by running the sink tap on cold. Also a high pitched second lond squeak occuring as if there is an airlock sometimes. The toilet is also dripping into the bowl . These issues occured after a week of being on holiday and not switching the taps on/flushing the toilets (2 weeks ago) even though I didn;t switch the water off.

Comment The response to my late post requesting a plumber was answered by text reply first thing in the morning after. The plumber was polite,efficient and fixed the problem after an initial quotation.I would definately use Aqualine again Jayne

Budget Under £500

Job We have lost heat in all radiators, and cannot bleed the upstairs radiators (no air or water). Bleeding the downstairs radiators yielded a bit of air and water with a small amount of black powder in it. We have a combi boiler and 6 radiators (plus one towel heater) in total. Hot water is still available.

Job I have a damp patch at the top of the chimney breast in the front bedroom of my property. I had a new roof in 2008 but didn't have any work done on the chimney at that time. I require someone to check the chimney and roof and give me a quote for any repair work needed.

Budget Under £100

Job I have some damp in the front bedroom which is on the celling next to the front wall. I think water may be getting through the roof. I require someone to confirm this is the case and fix the roof and me to understand how to dry the damp.

Budget Under £100

Job My gutter is fine however one of the joints is leaking slightly dripping down onto the window ledge when it rains making an annoying drip sound that can be heard in the bedroom. It is only a slight drip but requires fixing. We have had someone to look at it previously who claimed to have fixed it but he hasn’t.
