Shower tray is leaking around the seels. also shower byfold door does not fit properly.Tile grouting needs some maintenance, also ceiling in the shower cubicle has black mould spreading across on to the coving.
Duncan was very reliable. He turned up on time each day and worked through until early evening. Our bathroom was very challenging and nothing we asked him to do was ever a problem.We will certainly use Windle Plumbing again and we would not be afraid to recommend them to any of our family or friends in the future.

shower attachment in bathroom. Old fashioned kind, chrome type that is permanently joined to taps. Been leaking for a time, losing hot water and costing me in water bills.
Very professional and friendly. Offered advice and information whilst completing the job. I was in and out all day and he called round at short notice and did the repair very quickly before I needed to go out again! Will use again and definately recommend to others.

House built 1983 - to replace original current gutter profile at rear of house (approx 8mtr run & black plastic). Replace downspout, if existing downspout no match. Job will entail bridging over a 3.5mtr wide Conservatory roof - paramount that no weight or access to gutter is placed onto conservatory roof. Will require mid-point jointing of gutter run not to be over conservatory roof - for ease of access should a problem occur.
Bread & butter gutter replacement job for Primeplas!. From first meeting Mark instilled confidence about the task to be done. No sharp intakes of breath on my little "add-ons". Supplied references. Believable that "rated" reputation is paramount to him. Several updating phone calls appreciated and also that Mark & Paul worked throughout bad inclement weather to get the job done same day. Reservedly, very happy with the work done. Just waiting on the next very rainy day to test it all out!

Recently moved to a 1994 4 Bed detached home. Due to low hot water pressure, I am interested in an un-vented mains pressure hot water system... or if I'm barking up the wrong tree, some advice on what I should be looking at.
Top guys, good advice, good price, fast install, quality job, virtually no mess. Bloomin hard workers to boot - what more could you ask for? Will be using again for any plumbing jobs.

Clean out guttering and seal small leak on join. also check no blockage to down pipe. approx house length 5.5/6 metres rear only. frront guttering does not have downpipe.

Kitchen mixer tap constantly leaking, cannot be shut off all the way. When main stopcock shut off to try to fix tap, another leak starts but can't tell exactly where it is coming from (near the stopcock?).
Refused to give me quote in writing, then tried to force me to pay a call out charge when I questioned the amount quoted and said I'd like to get another quote. Made me very uncomfortable and had to be asked to leave.

Drained radiator system - and despite the ball cock being lifted - the header tank did not empty at all - now the upstairs radiators will not bleed... I think there must be a blockage from the header tank to the rest of the system...
Lee called me up very quickly and sounded very keen and enthusiastic to do the job and we arranged for a mutually convenient time the following day to do the job... this time came and went with no call from the plumber... I called his mobile several times with no-reply... I left 2 voice mails - no reply... I e-mailed him through this web site... Nothing - I have heard nothing from him then or since... My family and I were left with no heating for several days... I delayed leaving this extremely poor feedback for a few days to give Lee a change to explain himself but no - nothing... I will never contact L&S Plumbing ever again and I advise anyone else to avoid also...
