Job End terrace house (ex council, 1950s build). Extension some 30 years ago. Current footprint of the house is approx 48 sq mtrs (8x6). It has a hipped roof. When extended the purlins and timber have not been braced and connected in properly. Roof now has a sag in it. Requires stripping back, new breathable felt fitted, timbers braced and strengthened where necessary and re-tiled (preferably with new tiles). Also considering upvc fascias and soffits together with replacement white, square profile guttering and downcomers.

Comment An excellent service, supported by clear, easy to understand communication. The job was carried out during atrocioius weather conditions however, this did not impact on the quality or the agreed schedule. They went beyond the agreed work by fitting timbers to better secure the guttering; and at no extra cost. As to cost, it represented a considerable saving when compared to other quotes. I would have no hesitation in recommending tis company to anyone wishing to get value for money and a job well done. Julie
