My toilet flush isn't working property- it takes a few hours after a flush before it can flush again.
Pleasure to deal with- fixed my toilet flush the day after we made contact, as arranged, and also nipped out during the job to get an obscure part, before coming back in good time to finish. Flush now works perfectly.

Our water main shut-off is situated out in the street and shared with our upstairs neighbour. I would like to install an internal shut-off valve on our own water supply. Also I need some disused water feeds removed (for a washing machine previously used in a different location) and the existing water-feeds to the boiler and current washing machine re-installed more effectively to save space.

Toilet's flush pipe needs replaced. Pipe originally fitted was cut too short and began to leak. Fixed temporarily but requires replaced. Pipe and cistern are boxed in behind a tiled unit but they are accessible.

I need a bath and hand basin replaced in a tenement flat, in the same location as the current ones, to freshen up the bathroom with a view to putting it on the market next month. The existing bath is acrylic but I would prefer to replace it with a basic steel model. The flat is on the ground floor. I'd like to keep the existing tiles if possible and will be decorating myself afterwards. If it's possible to take the old bath and sink away at the end, that would be great too. I'm happy to buy the new bath and sink although I would consider having it provided if it was just as cheap. I'm looking at a bath for approx. £110 and sink for around £50. I'm in on Friday the 7th June or Wednesday the 12th June if you want to come round to do a quote.

Suspect outflow from bathroom, which is known to be running very slow, has become blocked and washing machne outflow has backed up until it has flooded neighbour. If corrcet then job is to unblock outflow.

Hi, I have low pressure in my bathroom, kitchen is fine but the shower, taps and toilet in the bathroom is very low. I would like someone to take a look at it - there may need to be a pump installed. In particular the hot tap is poor. It is an electric heated hot water tank. Thanks Callum
