The central heating is not coming on. I have hot water but no heating. I think the problem is with the wireless Siemens thermostat. I have tried to reset it but to no avail.
Rob came out in response to my plea for someone to look at my boiler after returning from a weekend away and having no heating. Rob quickly identified the problem as being the thermostat and duly replaced the same. Very happy with both work and price and would have no hesitation in recommending and using in the future.

Install new combi boiler to 1 bed flat in Beckenham re locate a radiator from bedroom wall to under window. Works urgent. Had 2 quotes but engineers not able to fit us in.

Need a solution to poor water pressure in my flat. The tank is too low for decent pressure so assume a pump is needed. Need to replace the bath/shower mixer taps with new ones
I called Terry to quote on fitting a shower pump and replacing shower & taps. He came round the same day and quoted right there and then. The quote was extremely competitive & Terry himself was very courteous and friendly. The work was finished to a high standard and I will be definitely be using him as my first choice for any plumbing works in the future.

Reseal and make good where necessary.I will order the bathtub but will not have any other things such as sealant Special requirements: This is v important. I am hypersensitive to pesticides which is why I have to replace the bath as it became contaminated. Any tradesman who takes on this job must not have been in contact with pesticides at all (even over the last year), includes contact with treated pets, horses, holidays abroad, mosquito sprays etc. If willing to do the job needs to wear gloves and new working clothes in the house. My hedges and Lawn are very overgrown as the gardner I have used regularly seems to have disappeared- at least he does not answer calls. He did my garden several weeks ago when I was out but has not called or rung me for the money and has not returned my calls I have the fee ready for him!
