Gavin successfully converted our small understairs cupboard into a surprisingly spacious wc. We had been told it was not possible to have the loo positioned in our preferred position or to get hot water to the sink. Gavin easily saw solutions and it was clear his experience far outweighed the other quotees. Attention to detail was excellent. A professional job throughout. Very happy to recommend Gavin and his colleague's work.

Corner joint needs replacement as seals worn out also one clamp bracket broken also poss new relief downpipe required to reduce loading on corner/ to serve waterbut(s). Location Petts Wood,Orpington As soon as mutually convenient.

I have a garden of around 75-80 sqm (estimate) and I'd like a new lawn. The current surface is a mix of areas where the old lawn is still there as is, areas where there is a layer of surface soil covering it, and other areas where the soil has been dug up. We have recently removed some trees/bushes and in the longer term it may well require some more aggressive care but in the meantime I'd like something that can be up and running for the summer. If the cost and timescale is right then either seeding or turfing would do.
