"This man has not honoured the agreement to rectify work.
He has stopped accepting calls, lied about reporting the faults to his insurance company and leaves me no other option to pursue him for the amounts paid and lost in re-doing the work through the courts. He is dishonourable and very disappointing!!! :-( If anyone has advice on how to proceed, I should be very grateful."
