Hot water tap in kitchen sink is barely running. Sometimes runs a little then stops. All other taps and hot water is fine. Just the kitchen tap. I have tried to take it apart to check out but I couldn't undo the bolt in the tap.
Prompt and Efficient. Will use Chris again in the future.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Liviu. He arrived when he said he would. He listened to what we wanted and gave good suggestions including the best quote! A few days later the job was done. The fence looks great, everything was tidied up afterwards and he was considerate to show photos afterwards to my Dad who could not access the garden at the time. Will definitely use Liviu's skills again the future and won't hesitate to recommend him to others.

The garden areas currently need general maintenance. The rear garden is on a slope and not really usable at present. I would like to consider decking this area and would like to discuss ideas with someone. The front drive is currently a mixture of concrete, paving slabs and tarmac - so a bit of a mess. I would also like to discuss options for this. Thereafter I will need someone to generally maintain these areas.
Andrew and his team were just fabulous - prompt, reliable, excellent value. I would recommend their work to anyone.

I have an outside drainage pipe, which needs to flow into another outlet - so it simply needs re-directing round a corner - probably 2 metres of piping. You'd need a step ladder as it's up a wall

Shower mixer over bath isn't fully turning off water supply, so shower head is dripping
He quickly came to see the job and assess what was needed. He came back at exactly the agreed time to do the job. Even though the the anticipated shower part was unsuitable and he had to go and exchange it, no extra was charged for labour. The shower now works better than ever. An honest, reliable and competent tradesman. I'd definitely use him again.

There are two separate elements to this job... (1) Thames Water have been round and say that we need the stop valve replacing between the external mains' pipe and our home's supply pipe. Water is leaking out and into our pathway. (2) One of the radiator valves in the hallway is leaking and it needs replacing. I would like someone to come round and do both of these jobs on the same day ideally within the next week.
