Updated : If possible, please quote for the job as opposed to by the hour. It is not a 'major' blackage so hopefully will be relatively easy to sort. Original : Toilet in 1st floor bathroom is partially blocked (and has been since I moved in a few months ago, so am unable to say what by!). Upon flushing, bowl fills up slightly before water level slowly lowers to normal level after a few seconds. I specifically need the unblocking work doing this Friday (26th) afternoon (any time from 1pm) as it is difficult for me to take time off work. Please contact me by email, not phone, letting me know your hourly charge.
Vic did a great job, and did not leave until issue was fixed, despite it being more complicated / time consuming than originally anticipated! Will definitely use Vic again.

For the past year and a half, one of the walls in my flat has been increasingly damp. It backs onto the bathroom. Earlier this year, I replaced the bath in the bathroom and we uncovered big holes where the water from the leaking bath had trickled to the other side of the wall, hence the damp. Now, it appears that there is a faulty pipe, either directly behind the wall or within it that needs to be repaired and the damp to be banished permanently. My wife and I cannot take the putrid stench no more!

The kitchen tap and the joint connecting pipes to the WC are both leaking
The replacement tap was fitted very well, with no problems. There was a problem with the fitting of the shower, which resulted in water coming through the ceiling. We had to recall plumbernine after they had fixed the leaking loo as it still leaked, due to a crack in a pipe. both problems were resolved competently, without complaint, and at the original price quoted despite the further work and time involved. Anthony was charming, reliable and trustworthy.

Replace toilet that has a cracked cistern. Box in pipes that service the sink, toilet and bath (that would be exposed onces toilet removed. It would be best to come to see the bathroom to quote. I am happy to get the toilet/other parts if that helps/make the quote cheaper.
Pete did a superb job of fitting our toilet and boxed in the pipes to a very high standard. He also went out of his way to ensure we got the products we wanted. We are very pleased and will be using him again for any plumbing jobs we have.
