Repair. Guttering is old and ineffective causing saturation of the brick wall by overspilling and rainwater running down the inside of the gutter. 3 slates are broken. a metre of pointing required on the brickwork. Scaffolding is already erected. About one day's work
Daniel arrived on time and immediately set to work, He retrieved the parts from 2 different suppliers very quickly. His work was clean and meticulous. He worked quickly and finished the job in good time leaving the site clean and tidy. The work was later inspected by council surveyors who were also very happy with his work. Would definitely employ him again anytime.

Updated : Sabre HE Combination boiler Original : I have a Sabre HE Combination boiler installed summer 2008. I am specifically looking for someone who has worked as a repair person with Sabre boilers. In my experience a regular plumber, great though they are, do not have experience with understanding how to repair boilers. It is simply not the daily work. Installing central heating is not the same. So please only reply if you specifically have experience with sabre boilers. Last time I had a boiler issue I had several plumbers round and none sorted it out but the manufacturers repair man came and it was sorted in 20 minutes. The temperature on my boiler varies within the time frame of a minute. . This means that the shower does also which is a quartz aqualisa shower In addition there is sludge in one of the radiators and maybe more in the system. I need it removed. I have 6 radiators.

Hi there I'm looking to organise a refurbishment of the bedroom of my one bedroom flat sometime in the next month or so…. My flat is a ground floor flat based in Fulham, SW6 4RL. I suspect it's about 2-3 days' work which would include: 1) Electrical work: Wiring in two new wall electrical sockets Replacing the current light switch and plug socket covers Wiring in some wall lights and also a new ceiling spot light 2) Building work: Removing the current wardrobe which is built into one wall. Fitting some wall cabinets 3) Decorative work: Wallpapering one feature wall and painting the others.
